In most cases, we can successfully resolve your claim quickly and efficiently on a pre-suit basis without ever going to court. Our team of skilled professionals will assist you in navigating this process and assure that you obtain an outcome that is satisfactory to you.  In the event that a lawsuit is required, our Lemon Law Attorneys have conducted hundreds of jury trials against automobile manufacturers.

Our attorneys understand the intricacies of all consumer cases – particularly those involving motor vehicles, and they have successfully resolved over 15,000 cases involving motor vehicles.  In 2019 alone, we filed nearly 1800 claims for more than 535 different problem vehicle models. Our extensive experience in both settlements and trials provides you effective and comprehensive representation.

Honesty and Integrity.  These are the principles that guide our practice.  We will agree to represent you only if we believe that you have a valid claim.  We will keep you informed of the progress of your case and make sure you understand and agree to all settlement terms before concluding your matter.
